Downgrading from Premium to Basic

Hi Everyone, My group Quiltville is used as a newsletter service, and I subscribed with Premium to get everything moved over from Yahoogroups. I only send one newsletter a month - I have about 7,000 subscribers. Each newsletter contains only a few pictures, and I don't care if they are archived to the dawn of time. I want to downgrade from Premium to Basic - but I can't find where to do it. My subscription renews on the 30th! Please direct me where I need to go if you can - Thank you. Bonnie,
Make sure you are logged-in as the group owner, and go to your group's Admin area, then Billing; more info can be found here: https://groups.io/helpcenter/ownersmanual, scroll the TOC on the left side for the major areas to go to, one of them being "Upgrading/Downgrading your gfroup" Cheers, Christos |
