Don’t know how, but I did setup one other person in our group with owner rights. He is the president of the group and ok with using his personal email for his groups.io account. Also, I figured out that CSSatSGG@groups.io was bouncing. Not sure why - but Bruce was on a role when he said to look out for the ‘at’. Apparently, somewhere I had created CSSofSGG@groups.io. I found it in the URL notices email. There should only be one: CSSatSGG@groups.io. However, now I have a new problem. Please see attached. And, now I have 2 io groups with the same name? I am confused and not sure if this is fixed or not. I guess I have to delete one of them? I tried to unbound - but it didn’t send an email. It says a message has been sent - but I didn’t receive one - tried it twice! THANK YOU. Pat

(with a G at the front instead of a C.) If you click on that row, anyplace other than the check box, it will open the member record. Now click on the Email Delivery History button at the top. You'll probably see that it's bouncing because there is no such email address at gmail. Just use the Remove button at the bottom of the member record (you'll have to back to it.) About all you can do about all of this is pay closer attention when typing things in before you click OK/next/confirm/whatever.
