Hi Bruce,

I saw and read that.  It was not approved because it did not “publish”.  

I have a few other moderators, but I can’t see any reason the text of this message should been rejected.

Is there a way to determine WHICH moderator disapproved the message?

Then check for its presence on the web UI (unless that's how you concluded that it had been approved) followed by a check of your spam box followed by a check on any bounces recorded in your Account.

There ought to be some clue about its fate somewhere...
