Unless I have missed it I don't think you have said what browser you are using? I use Firefox & Edge and both work with groups.io as expected, ie the admin options open and work So could it be your br

Why does approving messages from New Member Moderated members not Unmoderate them?

I had a new subscriber yesterday They posted and it was moderated (1st post is moderated) I approved the post and further posts went straight through to the group I took "Approve & Unmoderate Senders"
