They should have already changed since payment wasn't made before the due date. An easy test is to look for Direct Add on the left menu. If it's not there, it's a Basic group. Any group created before

How to remove credit card info after downgrading to Free?

Have you checked the Billing page? I'm not sure, but I don't think you can delete it until the group has reverted. You should be able to delete it eventually though. Back in January of 2017, Mark said
