AFAIK there is no bar on anyone joining and using this forum even if it is aimed at Owners and Moderators, but in all fairness as a Group Owner you should ask the questions then feed the answers back

By Group Managers Forum do you mean only moderators can ask questions? Often times my group members have questions I can't answer. Can they go directly to this group for answers?

Bruce, switching to plain text mode allowed me to see the missing posts! There were about 8 missing posts, each from a different sender; there were 2 separate topics involved. The attached screen

If it were me, I'd contact Mark/support to see if that's a mistake. The multi-rates are relatively new and there may be a bug in the system. Can't hurt to ask.

I don't recall anyone asking this before, but you may be able to answer it for us. Go to your Billing page. I believe you then need to click on View/Change Plan. At that point, it should tell you

If I choose to change to monthly payments what happens to my billed amount? Is it calculated on the 110$ or does it raise me to the 220$ tier?
