Re: Calendar Reminder Problem
I experienced the same issue with deleting a reminder for future events on a recurring event: the reminder was still sent.
Here's what I was able to find in the Beta group on the status of a fix:

There's definitely a bug. See my post to beta when it gets approved.

Re: Downgrading or changing to monthly payments
If it were me, I'd contact Mark/support to see if that's a mistake. The multi-rates are relatively new and there may be a bug in the system. Can't hurt to ask.

I don't recall anyone asking this before, but you may be able to answer it for us. Go to your Billing page. I believe you then need to click on View/Change Plan. At that point, it should tell you

Downgrading or changing to monthly payments
If I choose to change to monthly payments what happens to my billed amount? Is it calculated on the 110$ or does it raise me to the 220$ tier?
In other words, am I better off just paying for a year

Re: Definitive GIO Features vs Status
All of the official information is in the files in the Help Center and/or on the Comparison page. You can often find additional information on the beta group, especially when a change is made.

It's how some (most?) email clients handle quoting. You may not actually see it, depending how/where you reply, but it's implied. It's also how the site handles it.
