Reject sends it back to the sender in case they want to modify and resend. Delete doesn't notify them.

Attachments are Base64-encoded before being stored in the message base. That can easily double their size.
If you do have him repost, I suggest sending them in separate messages...or [better] put them

Uh, yeah. Message size is limited to 100 MB. Have you tried rejecting it?

Hi. I just found out that my ISP's system has marked my domain as spam and was not sending my emails out. Even though they gave me that trace. Thanks for your help!
