Thanks Duane,
But I don't see any left arrow. Just one that I can't use (see attached screen grab)
Can you do a screen grab to show me where I should be?
Thanks
Steve

Just a clarifying question. How do you login as a member if you are the owner or a moderator. As I understand it, groups.io knows you by your Email ID only and knows that you are the owner or a moderator.

Re: Question about Billing menu item
Are you sure you don't have Donations enabled and that's where they're seeing it?I never turned on Donations for our group - don't ever use Stripe. Here is a screenshot from the test, regular member's Account->Billing screen: It only shows up under the member's Account section. There is no Donations item on the main menu:
Is there some other place it may have been turned on by accident?

Files upload option still there after turning it off
#bug
I have the Files feature set so that members can View but only moderators can upload. However, if I login as a "regular" member, the +New dropdown button is still there and lets me walk thru the steps of either creating a new folder or uploading a new file. After browsing for the new file and selecting it, it doesn't upload anything and just returns me to the main welcome screen of our group -- leaving me, as a regular member, very confused.
Shouldn't this +New button not even be there as an option?

Question about Billing menu item
Just wondering why this is listed on a "regular" member's Account menu? In particular, why is there an ability for a regular member to put in their credit card info?
I just had a couple of new members ask me why there was a spot for their credit card info. Shouldn't this only appear under a group owner's account? Am I missing a way to turn it off so that our regular members don't confuse it with their club membership in which we take their credit card info as new members and renewals every year?

So if the title says... Here's the picture of Aunt Maggie that we were looking for And I'm the body of the message is Aunt Maggie's picture And there you go

It will set the default reply option to reply to the sender rather than the group. It doesn't stop people additionally replying to the group but you could also moderate the hashtag and filter out unnecessary replies. Andy

Jim has a very valid point. A note of explanation is appropriate. I know some folks rely on the Subject to be their message, but I myself often miss that distinction; I just skim over the Subject line! Jenny ![]()

Is there a way to post a new Topic message and have the replies only come back to the sender instead of the whole group? I could not find any information on this in the Help.
I sent out a message to my group asking to reply if they were getting the message (I suspected that the messages weren't reaching everyone which they aren't). All of the replies went to the whole group. People complained that I was filling up their mailbox with messages they didn't need to see. Any advice? Thanks, Coleen
