Premium Support Response Time?

Hello,

Does anyone happen to know what the anticipated turnaround time is for support cases opened on premium accounts? I submitted a request via email a couple of days ago (support@groups.io) and didn't receive a confirmation that it was received or any other confirmation.

I've never opened a support case before (that I can remember), so I don't know what to expect.
