Did the member change her email address through Account (top right corner) on the group homepage?

If this doesn't help, more info needed. Perhaps it is as simple as a typo in her email address.
You can check a member's activity

From Admin, Activity, choose Member Activity, then use the dropdown menu to choose Changed Email. Click on Search.
Double-check the email address is correct.
