I use GT to log to Log4OM, LoTW and GT backup. This logging works as expected almost all the time, but occasionally some completed QSOs are NOT logged; i.e. I do not see the Logged to TQSL, Logged to GridTracker backup and Logged to Log4OM notifications displayed by GT when a QSO completes in WSJT-X and I click the OK to log button. If I then look at my GT logbook, the QSO is missing (missing from LoTW too); however, when I look at my Log4OM logbook, the QSO has been recorded.

I am baffled...
