Noctilucent Clouds

Noctilucent clouds are unusual clouds found in the mesosphere, around 50 miles high. They consist of ice crystals condensed on meteoric dust and when visible, usually at high latitudes, like 50 degrees.

The last two days, they've been visible as low as San Jose. I made a time lapse of them last night that you might like. It's on my YouTube channel,
