I am making progress on the "Life in the Stratosphere" experiment. I am not sure I am convinced but we have decided "life" might be falling off the balloon. So we don't want to start collecting

No it's an old WebEx recording format .ARF. I found a tool to convert them on WebEx site, but it was only at ~10% after an hour on an i7 computer.
