The objects over Kansas City were definately at 2,900 feet. They were first under the clouds, then cloud cover came in and partially covered them. We have a record of that at wunderground.com. The

The balloons I refer to were never flying so low (2.900 feet) Don't know if it was a typo or not in your message but they moved between 60.000 and 70.000 ft well above air traffic.

I've used JCLPCB, DirtyPCB, and SeeedStudio, all with good results. I prefer the 0.6mm boards from JCLPCB but 0.8 from the others is OK too.

JLCPCB was one of the board houses that Hackvana used. Mitch at HAckvana sent me that info when he closed his doors. I also have used PCBWay with great results but the boards are slightly heavier than

I just ordered a stack of panels for my Wisp tracker from JLCPCB in 0.6mm thickness, the same as Bill/WB8ELK. The turnaround was super-fast, and the boards were excellent quality. I
