It seems my text didn't post:

A record breaker. The Brazos river is over the road at the foot of our front gate bridge - which is usually 15-20 feet above the river. The Pecan grounds crew shut down crossing the bridge about an hour after I crossed it. The flow was just lapping the bottom of the bridge, a very uncomfortable situation!!!  Sun and hot soon is on tap for Texas! Definitely not a drought year!
