Not really, except immediately after the balloon bursts. I ordered a https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11196 to log GPS data (which I haven’t made use of yet) to determine much more closely the maximum altitude reached than aprs can provide with only beaconing every 30-60 sec’s and especially with transmissions immediately after a balloon bursts often lost due to PBC.

I have used it along with an arduino pro mini to record GPS plus temps and pressure.
