GAPA awards - Excel Spreadsheet

Hi Ken,
No problem - we're here to assist!
Regarding starting your submission: claimed confirmed QSOs are entered into an Excel Spreadsheet in a predesigned (by Ernie) format. Your confirmed QSOs are placed in the rows and the required data such as the callsign, date, grid and mode are in the columns.
I have a few 'sample' spreadsheet showing what goes where and how best to separate out QSOs for individual band, DXCC entity, US State, etc. by placing them in separate WORKSHEETS. If you'd like to try these out, just send me an email.

Here's the link to the latest version that is on the GAPAwards website: http://gapawards.com/grid/rules_grid.html just scroll down to the "Starting Out"
section, goto #5 and there is a hyperlink called "excel" in blue letters. Just click on this and it will download the sample spreadsheet.
