unsere Band "Corran Raa" besucht Norddeutschland am Wochenende 23.Maerz, um ein paar Konzerte zu spielen. Wir wuerden uns sehr freuen, Euch beim Luebecker Konzert oder im Laufe des Wochenendes zu sehen.

Wenn es interesse gibt, freuen wir uns auf ein vorschlag wo wir ein session an Samstag nach dem Konzerte machen koennen.

Corran Raa are a quartet playing self composed music with influences from the music traditions of Scotland, Shetland, Ireland and Scandinavia. The music features harmony fiddles of Jenny Smith and Janet Lees, inventive accompaniment by Kath Bruce and Robbie Leask and beautiful song arrangements by Kath Bruce. Corran Raa have been performing and recording together since 2010 and have featured on the line-up at some of Scotland’s well loved music festivals including Celtic Connections, the Shetland Festival, Edinburgh Fiddle Festival and the Colonsay Festival. Also wider afield in Germany and Norway.

Das Quartett Corran Raa spielt selbst komponierte Musik und ist inspiriert durch traditionelle Musik aus Schottland, Irland sowie von den Shetland-Inseln und aus Skandinavien. Die Gruppe Corran Raa war seit 2010 auf einigen beliebten schottischen Musik Festivals vertreten, unter anderem auf den Celtic Connections, auf dem Shetland Festival, Edinburgh Fiddle Festival und Colonsay Festival. Ausserdem auf Veranstaltungen in Deutschland und Norwegen.
