You can use a SDR Online to monitor your signal. You will see how your real signal looks like.

The ‘101D spectrum scope is useless for determining TX bandwidth. So are 50% of reports given on the air :)

I, too, was very surprised to see my signal on Tx. It looks like I'm splattering all over the place, not staying "on my side" of the carrier in SSB. However, other stations have confirmed that my signal is clean as can be :)
