Bill I can't help you, but, over here if an item is second hand/second user/pre-used there should be no tax to pay on the basis that tax has already been extracted (as in pulled teeth). Hope that help

This “leading edge spike” syndrome has been around since well before the K3 came on the scene. Hollow state amplifiers could easily absorb them, even if they tripped some other circuit. I am surprised
