I can’t help you with other rigs, but I can tell you that the 2 metre transverter DOES cover the entire band 144-148 MHz. It’s in the spec at the top of the manual and there’s even a

2m Transverter
I am interested in adding a 2m transverter to my K3. I would like to use it with other transceivers (Flex 6700, Apache Labs 7000DLE, Icom 7610). The Elecraft transverter only covers 144 - 146, but I

I agree with Rick. The cutouts I encounter as almost totally the result of a slow internet connection. It is most noticeable on CW and will make you sound like a LID! That said, RFI can do the same

Re: K3 Remote Station Signal Dropping Out
I run a 1KW homebrew solid state linear with my K3 for my remote station. I don't use a K3/0 but I also had to deal with RFI. Buy about a dozen 2.4" 34 mix ferrites and put them on every cable!

Hi Ray
I will send him your reply via email (also I am getting him to sign up on groups.io).

Re: K4
The SVGA technology is old, but works very will with the P3, IMHO. HDMI means the company adding it has to pay a license fee. I was not aware of this until recently.
Wow you have quite a setup.

Ken,
It's really minor but I'm keenly aware of it. When I first tried the KPOD I often had cases where a button press would elicit a beep without a corresponding action from the K3S. I complained to

I wonder what you mean when you say the K3 has a lot of life in it?
I don’t look at a radio as having a life, but I also look at a radio for it’s usefulness.
If you are just looking for new
