Can a KLPA3A be retrofitted into a K3...as well as a K3S?

The KPA3A is brand new and the KLPA3A is used and has a new power transistor. I'm after AU$400 for the KPA3A and AU$50 for the KLPA3A. I'm in VK but happy to post to USA or EU. Cost is about AU$40
