There are Nabble, mail-archive, and google groups archives of the official list mail. they will turn up in web searches, or you can find links at the elecraft main site, email list page. The Nabble one is particularly nice for threaded read-and-reply, and the mail-archive for straight searching with a spare page look. The google groups archive is there mostly to help google searches, and isn't very featureful.
