Also use Anderson Power Poles for all my 12 volt DC - buy them from a reputable source ( SOTA Beams in the UK) and use a decent crimptool from the same source. No problems at all in my shack.
Use a short a lead to my K3 as possible, wired directly to the terminals of my Samlex Power Supply (rated at 35A)
