I just came into possession of an FDM DUO

I have updated everything to the latest version

I'm using a version of w10 installed on bootcamp of a 2019 mac pro with all updates done

I have the problem that the incoming audio from the device is muted, I listen to the signal without any problem via loudspeaker and/or headphones, I see the signal and listen to it via the updated Elad FDM-SW2 software, but entering the JTDX program and /o wsjtx is completely 0.

Some idea?
