#fmd-s3 Can't fins SW2 Drivers #fmd-s3

My ELAD-S3 has been working fine, however awhile ago it quite working on SDR Console. I also tried it on SW2 and it would not work there either. I have a second S3 and I tried it also and it did not work either. So I reinstalled SW2 and that did not work either. Then I removed the USB plug and moved it to another to another spot, no help there either.
I am running windows 11 64 and Norton 360, which I also shut off for a while. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes it shows up in the Device Manager. The cause of the the original problem is that I had a bad USB 3 port. I changed ports and that fix the problem.
What My problem now is I can' figure out how to get the full FM band to show on the waterfall. I tried checking "BW" on the Graphic window, but it does not work.
