Next S3 USA shipment? #fmd-s3

Winston

Anyone know when the next USA batch would be available?

Pete

Not trying to detract from Winston's query, but also maybe some news about the S3's Downconverter?

I emailed Elad this week.
Technicians are making a new mod that will be tested next week.

Francesco, is that a mod for the S3 to improve or fix something or do you mean in relation to a downconverter?

Yes!
Lets her some news on the downconverter.
Tell the Italians we are ready to buy!
Thanks

I suppose it is an improvement related to the converter.

I am waiting to buy the converter too! :-)
I contact Elad every month to have news about it, but I don't want to stress too much.
Be patient, I suppose and hope the release is near.

At the moment the frequency range is the only information available, almost to me.

What else do you need, there is no specific info available for the downconverter right now.by he s3 itself covers 9khz to 108mhz, the downconverter is an internal module that fits inside the s3 and extends coverage from 9khz up to 2ghz with no gaps. As far as specs and measurements, they are not available yet,  as it’s not in production, and final changes are being made to make it the best it can be over the entire frequency range.
