in the latest versions we enabled some pop-up to monitor the software behavior and find out issues.

Regarding "LoadSwSettingConfigNode not found", it's related to the parameters presents in the xml file.

If you get it only one time, it's due to a new functionality that don't find the related parameter (e.g. the new check box "IF/AF windows always on top" in the Graphics tab of the Settings Window), the software creates the new parameter in the xml file and you will not get it another time.

If you get it at each startup, there is a persistent issue. Now the pop-up don't displays detailed information, we will change this in the next versions.

I think you don't have the last version and so the spectrum visualization isn't activated. We will release a new version in the next days.

I just had a nasty moment.  I hit the auto CQ on my 10GHz equipment, which uses a DUO for the IF driver. The DUO usually has the CW Delay set to about 260ms, because I run a big power contactor at the masthead PA, along with a three-pound waveguide relay, which is a really heavy lump of brass and steel.  As you can imagine, trying to run that at 20wpm QSK very nearly wrecked the whole system.  Not sure what caused this or when it started.

I can create a CAT macro to reset the delay, or just press the button every time I load SW2, but that setting really needs to stay in the radio. Of course to make it REALLY cool, I'd like to have configurable CW Delay per frequency range.

Can anyone else please reproduce the fault or suggest how to fix it?

Support for MW offsets in SW2 is my suggestion. More FFT options and extra high frequency resolution can open up new worlds.

i'm running now 3.017, CH2/Vol2 issue is now solved !!
That gives great hope in Elad FDM S3 with CH3 and CH4 capacity (4+4+4+4).  A true advantage over other SDR receiver manufactors

It would be very important to adopt a system equivalent of "Visual Gain" in your FDM-S2 software to significantly reduce the reception gain
This has always been a recurring problem in your software
The attenuator function is really not enough.

I have Heil headphones with dynamic element and would like to connect it to my FDM-DUO. My understanding is I have to put a cap into the mic lead to block the mic bias. Of course I can do it. But, could it be possible to turn the mic bias off in DUO's menu? I believe others could appreciate it too.

you can try the version 3.017. Find it in the "Under test" folder. Normally this issue is solved in this version.

Ulli and all,
I try upgrade 3.013 version and the CH2/vol2 issue is still there; no sound and impossible to manage slider sound and use for ex. WSJT-x or cw skimmer.
Again i delated SW2 software + elad user folder and uploaded full 3.000 version, CH2/vol2 slider is  now restored.
Hope better for the next upgrade...

FDM-DUO stand-alone operation is completely normal.

Installed SW2 on Windows 10 operating system on laptop.

Boot up is normal, and display is correct. Radio responds correctly to SW2 commands (freq. change, mode change, waterfall display, etc.)

DUO SW2 works as expected using HRD, N1MM, WSJT-X, etc.

However, once SW2 is booted, while all application software operates normally, at random intervals, DUO is keyed to transmit.

Audio is interrupted, and of course, application software fails.

This does NOT happen in stand alone mode, but naturally no applications can be used.

Any suggestions as to  sourceof problem?

2) the output is on the 0dbm sma socket (1mW)
