Elad Italy-based repair is slow, unfortunately.

Supply chain, lack of labor and covid precautions.

I still love my FDM-DUO.   I have two, just in case.  :)

The UK agent for ELAD is Martin Lynch and Sons,    www.MLandS.co.uk,  they responded to my inquiry within 24hrs re ELAD stock situation and lead times.
