I just use a stereo 3.5mm to dual phono(rca) plug cable and use whichever rca plug that keys the amp :)

With the Hardrock 50 all I needed was a 3.5 MONO to a RCA phono plug for PTT.

I hope all other amps are as simple.

Subject: [EladSDR] PTT CABLE

Happy New Year Everyone,

What would be the suggested cable for the PTT - OUT to use for an amplifier.  I know it requires a 3.5" stereo cable but are there any resistors/diodes have to be placed in line with that cable?  Do certain amplifiers need special attention when connecting the radio to them?

Many Thanks

Best Regards
