Re: passenger car trucks
In my answer to Larry I was talking about the color of the vestibule coaches, combine 15 and the Azalea. Not the trucks, the cars themselves. I would expect that black is right, though in full size

BTW, I didn't mention it but the westernrails.com passenger trucks are HOn3 BRB&L trucks. The BRB&L sold coaches to the EBT and ET&WNC. Somebody smarter than me might know if the trucks are a match or

I should have been more specific as these are HOn3 cars. Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: passenger car trucks
I used the trucks from the bachmann car bodies as recommended in the deerfield instructions. This also keeps the coupler height the same with out any adjustment.

Model Railroader March issue
FYI, a photo of my layout is in Trackside Photos in the March issue of Model Railroader. Many of you know how tough a nut MR can be to crack to get into the magazine, so I'm very happy with the shot.

I see they just pulled the plug on the NMRA convention in CA (for the second time only, they didn't even stop them during WW2).
I wasn't going to the NG convention this year anyway, but I wonder what

Thanks Curtis. I really appreciate this letter. The layout room I’m working with is 11’ x 14’. I chose O scale because of the fine running 10 wheeler’s by Bachman. I think O scale is best for

Re: Mini Bridge in the Mini Gorge. Doc Tom's On30 rendition of the ET &WNC.
You've done a fantastic job using backdrops and selective compression to make your scenes look larger. I can't tell by the photos that it's a small layout. Please keep up your fine craftsmanship.
