About 4 pm as the high tide was rolling out there were a many Dunlins crowded around the Albany mudflats. Periodically they would fly off and return. Photo on Flickr with link below. Also seen, American Avocets, Green-winged Teal, Northern Pintails, American Wigeons and Canada Geese.
