At least three of us saw six sparrow species this morning, four of them in one place. Golden-crowned and Fox Sparrows were seen on the west side of the large, mostly natural pond. The previously reported White-throated Sparrow, a Lincoln's Sparrow, Song and White-crowned Sparrows were at the south end of the pond. Too bad we could not find a Lark Sparrow.
