Bluebird nest failure
An acquaintance with two bluebird nest boxes near the top of Claremont Canyon (on the Oakland/Berkeley border) has found dead baby birds in one of the boxes. The second box has a viable (so far) nest.

All, I truly hope the new EBB list on Yahoo does NOT allow attachments. Attachments swell considerably the size of a post, meaning it takes longer to download, and takes a lot more storage space. EBB
