Varied Thrush
While hiking on Mt. Diablo today with Leslie, Carol and Pamela we came upon
a Varied Thrush which while common, most of us have never noticed. It was
located in the Rock City area of the park.

This morning between 9-9:20 there were at least six Mountain Bluebirds between mile markers 5.29 and 5.47. Also had a juvenile Golden Eagle soar overhead.
