Regarding the milepost numbers in my previous post:
CCCo milepost numbers should be Alameda County, not Contra Costa.
SCCo means Santa Clara County, of course.
Sorry for the confusion.

Mines Road, Saturday
We co-led a GGAS trip out Mines and San Antonio Valley Roads yesterday.
Although many of the songbirds were scarce, we had a good trip with excellent looks at many birds, especially raptors.

Geese at Central Park Fremont
I was at the soccer fields from 10:45 to 12:15 today. The easy ones were
one GREATER SNOW GOOSE, and 12 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE. These birds
have been around for some time.
