Seen on Cypress about 20 ft. NE of trail where trail intersects with “Marsh Hawk” sign. Between pond and locked parking lot.

I arrived at Miller/Knox at 1:30 and slowly walked to the 3 small trees at the lagoon. I first saw the phoebe in the middle tree at 1:35. It is now in the right most tree.
