A mature bald eagle was at the Lafayette Reservoir October 31. He was perched high in a tree at the west end of the dam, thrilling all the visitors.

I found at least 2 Nelson's Sparrows around 9:30 this morning at Arrowhead Marsh right beside the footbridge/boardwalk foraging in the marsh. Will post photos later.
