Golden Eagles at Sibley Preserve
George A Suennen
I stopped by Sibley Regional Preserve this afternoon and noticed a lot of raven activity. In fact I spotted 9 Ravens on or by the large radio towers. At first I thought they were crows, since I've never seen that many ravens in one place. But then I noticed a pair of Golden Eagles sitting on top of the tower. The ravens were trying their best to scare off the eagles, but they didn't seem to notice...
I posted a few photos on my site at http://birds.avianist.com/2018/180216-Sibley-Preserve
