Mike McClaskey and I found a Lapland longspur at Ferry Park (just past Miller-Knox Regional Park, Pt RichMond) that was present until flushed by a dog at 11:10 this am. It was feeding in the intertidal to the right of the remaining buildings by the fishing dock or NE of restricted area sign on fence. Bird flew towards dock and we haven’t refound it yet.
