NGC 3953

Bernard Miller

Hi,

This is an image of NGC 3953, also known as M109b since it is very close to M109 (about 1 degree southwest). It is a barred spiral galaxy about 55 million light years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

Comments and suggestions welcomed.
