This is not normal. I can click on the interface and it is instantaneous. If this is what you’re doing and it takes that long, another option would be to make a simple command file that

I use a DLI digital logger and the response is instantaneous. I use their UU.W32.exe program to switch multiple outlets at the same time.

I have 2 digital loggers that I use and it might take me 45 secs to turn them on remotely. They are very fast to respond.
