It is a lot like M63. They are both flocculent galaxies meaning the arms are patchy, like tufts of cotton. Roughly a third of all spirals are flocculent.

This is really nice. The dark dust lane at the bottom reminds me of M63.
This is an image of NGC3675 I just finished. This is a flocculent spiral galaxy about 50 million light years away in the constellation Ursa Major. The seeing was not very good so I may revisit this one in the future.
