Yeasu FT-710AESS #cat_rigcontrol

Dave. Sorry about the previous post. I shouldn't type messages late at night when I'm tired...... Anyway, I got my Yaesu FT-710 AESS talking (2-way) to Commander with an ordinary off-the-shelf USB-A to USB-B cable using the existing FT710 entry in Commander. I did have to download the recommended virtual com port driver for the FT-710 from their website (which installs in windows 10 automatically). However, now SpotCollector and WSJT-X are not populating with callsigns. I have Spotcollector and WSJT-X interconnected. Any suggestions?

+ Step one is to properly configure WSJT-X to decode callsigns. All I can suggest is to review the WSJT-X User Guide:

SpotCollector is running, I have 4 green lights on all my spot sources and a green light indicating WSJT-X is connected. I don't have any spots in SC
+ Thanks. Please review this article:

+ If you still don’t' see new Spot Database Entries being created, let me know.

That didn't help. However now all my spot source LED's are blue and I have messages in each spot source window to see SpotCollector's errorlog.+ OK. Attach the errorlog.txt file from your SpotCollector folder to an email message, and send the message to me via

I can't find spots.mdb to delete it. How do I get to it? when I list the spotcollector directory it isn't there that I can see.
I haven't been a windows user for about 10 years. I normally run Linux in my day to day life.
Help!
