using HamCall.net
David Reed
I have read the wiki and have a paid subscription to HamCall.net, but I can't seem to figure out how do use it online with Pathfinder... No HamCall.net button (unlike QRZ). When I just hit enter, it tries QRZ and gets an error (because I don't have my username and password entered, and if I do, QRZ is down for maintenance anyway).
in any case, I do note that DXKeeper Capture window populates with the proper information, so it is getting the info somewhere...
Ideas?

+ That's because (unlike QRZ) HamCall.net does not provide a free subscription that displays QSL route information. If you're not paid subscriber, this URL
https://hamcall.net/call?callsign=AA6YQ
+ displays my city, state, and zipcode, but says "Street address available to members" - making it useless for addressing an outgoing QSL card.
+ In contrast,
https://www.qrz.com/db/AA6YQ
+ displays my full postal address to anyone with a free QRZ subscription.
When I just hit enter, it tries QRZ and gets an error (because I don't have my username and password entered, and if I do, QRZ is down for maintenance anyway).
+ Entering a callsign and striking the Enter key means "invoke the most recent Search"; evidently your "most recent search" was QRZ.
in any case, I do note that DXKeeper Capture window populates with the proper information, so it is getting the info somewhere...
+ DXKeeper provides 4 online callbook options:
1. HamCall Online
2. HamQTH
3. QRZ XML Data
4. QRZ.com via Pathfinder

+ I stand corrected, thanks. I forgot that Buckmaster is the owner of HamCall. Pathfinder's Configuration window provides a "HamCall.net Online Callbook" panel in which you can specify your username and password.
