Upgrade failure

I'm trying to upgrade Commander from 5.8.7 to 14.7.4. The extraction commences and then stops with the message 'extraction error: cannot delete old C:\DXLab\Commander/inpout32.dll' How do I recover from this?

Is Commander running? If so, close Commander and try updating again.

It may be running even if you can't see a window for it. You could use
Task Manager (or Process Explorer, if you have it) to find and
terminate the "CI-V Commander.exe" process ..... or just reboot
Windows.

Check in Windows "Task Manager". If it is not visible there
(all processes), *RESTART* Windows and try again.
