Spot Collector not Populating the DXKeeper Capture Window

Steven Stuckey (AC9GK)

When clicking on a spot highlighted in red my capture window does not accept the call. Even when changing bands. It seems to only happen with the call A61BR. The radio changes frequencies. Not sure why it was only 1 call so far. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in Advance. 73 Steve AC8GK

+ Double-click on the Spot Database Entry.

Dave,

That didn't work. We have storms now so I shut everything off.

+ When you can safely resume operations, please do the following:

1. on the General tab of DXKeeper's Configuration window, check the "Log debugging info box

2. on the General tab of SpotCollector's Configuration window, check the "Log debugging info box

3. double-click on a Spot Database Entry for A61BR

4. on the General tab of DXKeeper's Configuration window, uncheck the "Log debugging info box

5. on the General tab of SpotCollector's Configuration window, uncheck the "Log debugging info box

6. attach the errorlog.txt file from your DXKeeper folder to an email message

7. attach the errorlog.txt file from your SpotCollector folder to an email message

8. send the email message to me via

Dave,

Am I sorry I waited too long to do this. My antennas were down and we had high winds for us.

# No problem, Steve; safety comes first. If you encounter similar behavior, you know what to do.
