Where does the takeoff angle and power level come from and how can it be changed? Its greyed out and I am not sure where its set at?
+ On the Main window's Parameters tab, the "Your Station" panel's TakeOff and Power settings are greyed-out when the "Prediction Direction" panel is set to "From the DX Station"; change the "Prediction Panel" to "To the DX Station", and you will be able to modify those settings.
+ Rather than specify a TakeOff angle each time you change bands, the "Frequency-dependent Settings" panel on the Configuration window's "Prediction" tab lets you specify the TakeOff and Power for each of 11 bands, and populates these settings in the Main window whenever Commander reports a band change.
