PEER IS CLOSING

I am getting this on N6WS and not sure why. It happens on one of my
computers. It happens when trying to run on only the one or on both. I tried using W0MN-1 as document says to do if trying to run it on 2 machines simultaneously but that does nothing. It just sits there forever with nothing seeming to be happening. Never starting and never closing, or at least the peer is closing remains. It had been working before. It fails with W0MN and it fails with W0MN-1 At times after not being used overnight it works.
